Ask a question about this product

Tomato Marglobe: this variety is a "mid-early" and is an excellent producer. Reaches maturity in about 75 days. The Marglobe is a round and smooth tomato; it is the variety often seen in markets due to its classic tomato shape. Indeterminate. Fruits of 140-150g. Sow Feb-end May.

Is the tomato a vegetable? The U.S. Supreme Court settled the controversy on May 10, 1893 by declaring that the tomato is indeed a vegetable!

Chilli peppers

Chilli was first thought to be used from 7000 BC in Mexico and was cultivated from 3500 BC onwards. There are around 400 varieties of chilli, otherwise known as mirchi (Hindi), marchu (Gujarati), or molzhukai (Tamil). Chillies infact belong to same family as tomatoes and potatoes. India is largest producer of chilli. Beware visiting Mexico - those gherkin like things on your burger? They are fiery green chillies!
